  • We do not currently ship to addresses outside the UK.
  • Orders with delivery addresses outside the UK cannot be placed at this time.

    Orders placed after 12:00 PM (midday), UK time, are processed on the next business day.
  • Handling Time:
    Typically 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).
  • Transit Time:
    Approximately 7–10 business days, depending on the delivery location and carrier.

Once processed, your order will be dispatched using one of our trusted courier partners.

We work with reliable UK delivery partners, including but not limited to:

  • Evri
  • DPD
  • Other reputable UK courier services

The carrier used may vary depending on your location and the size or weight of your parcel.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping:
    Free standard delivery is available for UK orders over £50.
  • International Shipping:
    We do not currently offer international shipping.
    No cross-border duties, taxes, or international fees are charged by us.

Any updates to shipping charges or promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

5. Delivery Concerns

If you experience any of the following issues:

  • Delivery delays beyond the estimated timeframe
  • A lost or missing parcel
  • Damaged packaging or items upon arrival
