What are your delivery times? 

Order processing time:  1 to 2 days (Monday to Friday)

Estimated Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday) after processing.

Do you ship internationally? 

No. We currently ship within the United States only.

What is your return policy? 

You may return items within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. See our Refund & Return Policy.

How long do refunds take? 

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after the item is inspected and approved. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Can I cancel my order? 

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours if they have not been processed or shipped. Contact us at info@cadreal.com with your order number.

Are your lamps safe to use? 

Yes. Our lamps are made from durable materials and are designed for safe indoor use. Please follow the care instructions provided with your lamp.

How are the lamps powered? 

Most of our lamps are USB-powered or plug-in type. Please check the product description for specific power details.
